Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. The service
Diyi provides automated quantity takeoff for structural steel drawings. You upload structural drawings; we return a bill of materials, a reading report and a 3D model.
2. Accounts
- Registering an account means you accept these terms.
- One account is for one person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
- We may disable an account that breaches these terms, but we do not delete your jobs and logs — they are your record.
3. Billing
- Usage is billed on what a job actually consumes, measured as model-call cost. The running cost of each job is visible while it runs.
- A plan's monthly allowance is used first; only what exceeds it is deducted from your balance.
- Every job has a cost ceiling. When it is reached the job archives itself and pauses — nothing keeps consuming unattended.
- If the balance cannot cover the next step, the job pauses until a top-up lands. It then resumes where it stopped; finished work is not billed twice.
- Promotional credit cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
4. Your data
- The drawings you upload, the outputs and the execution logs belong to you.
- We do not use your drawings to train models.
- Drawings are processed in a sandbox; one account's job cannot access another account's files.
- You can download all outputs at any time. Disabling an account does not delete its data.
5. Limits of liability
Takeoff output is working material, not a final conclusion.
We state the origin of every number and roll the unreliable rows up into a single "tonnage to review" precisely because the result needs to be checked by a qualified person before it is used for a quote, a purchase order or fabrication.
We are not liable for losses arising from using takeoff output without such review.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. A job interrupted by a service restart keeps its saved context and resumes from where it stopped.
7. Changes
Changes to these terms are posted on this page with the date. Material changes are announced inside the app.
