What we collect

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. We cannot see your password.
What we don't do
- We do not train models on your drawings.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
- Passwords, API keys and similar secrets are never written to logs.
Where data lives and for how long
- Data is stored on our servers. Your drawings are processed in a sandbox, fully isolated from other accounts.
- Jobs and logs are kept according to your plan (7 days on the free plan, indefinitely on paid plans).
- You can download all outputs at any time.
Third parties
Takeoff calls large-language-model providers. What is sent to them is the drawing content itself — that is required to do the work. Requests are forwarded through one-time tokens; real API keys never enter the job sandbox.
Your rights
- Access: every job, log and transaction is visible inside the app.
- Export: outputs can be downloaded at any time.
- Deletion: contact us to have your data deleted. Account transactions are handled separately because they are part of the books.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie (cad_session), httpOnly and SameSite=Strict, to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
Theme and language preferences are stored in your browser (localStorage) and are not uploaded.
